Sunday Forum: Interdependence

Starts: Sunday, February 18th 2018 at 12:00 pm
Ends: Sunday, February 18th 2018 at 1:00 pm

Sunday, February 18,  noon – 1:00 pm in Panabaker Hall

The Social Justice Committee offers two TED talks that relate to our theme of the month, interdependence, for viewing and discussion.

One is by an architect who offers cohousing to counter our culture’s “epidemic of isolation.” The other is by a scientist who explains how, in contrast with our dominant farming practices, permaculture mimics the intricate patterns of nature to help us both feed ourselves and co-exist peacefully with nature.

Light lunch provided.

Moderator: Susan Stratton.
