Hall Rentals
Panabaker Hall
Panabaker Hall is the main sanctuary of the church.
- Dimensions: 45.5 feet x 36 feet, plus stage 9.5 feet x 36 feet
- Seating: 195 snugly or 160 comfortably
Prices:
- Panabaker Hall – $170 per half-day or evening
- Sound system with operator – $40
- Grand piano – $30
Wickenden Hall and Kitchen
Wickenden Hall is the social hall of the church, with a kitchen attached.
- Dimensions: 59 feet x 26 feet, plus stage 10 feet x 9 feet
- Seating: 21 feet x 18 feet
- Chairs and Tables: 125 upholstered and 20 wooden chairs, various sizes of folding tables
- Maximum Occupancy: 134 if alcohol is served, 145 if no alcohol is served
Prices:
- Wickenden Hall and Kitchen, with use of stove and coffee maker – $110
- Wickenden Hall alone with coffee maker – $95
- Wickenden Hall alone – $85
- Kitchen alone with using of stove and coffee maker – $30
- Upright piano in Wickenden Hall – $25
Meeting Rooms
- Barker Room – $40 per half-day or evening
- Room 1 – $30 per half-day or evening
Fees and Policies
- Key/damage deposit: $500 for new renters, $100 for church members or previous renters with satisfactory record of renting our church space.
- A Saturday night clean-up service is available, minimum charge is $35.
- A key to the building will be issued if necessary, and a deposit is required.
- The church building must be locked after use and the key returned to the church administrator.
- All furnishings should be returned to their original places, the thermostat turned down if you have turned it up, and lights turned off.
- Failure to leave the space in good condition will result in loss of deposit, possible additional charges, and cancellation of any rental agreement. A minimum of $30 is charged for areas not cleaned.
- Renters are requested to honour the church’s no-smoking rule.
- Renters are responsible for obtaining a liquor permit.
